Riptide

Hi, my name is Riptide! I am a 3-month-old, male, gray tabby and white kitten. I came to Purring Hearts with my mom after I was the only surviving kitty in her litter. My mom has now been adopted, and I am ready to be adopted, too! I am super playful; I spend most of my time playing and sleeping. I am very sweet and sometimes cuddly with my foster humans. I especially love to be petted on my back and under my chin! I also love to be under blankets and shirts – my foster mom calls it “compression therapy.” I always fall asleep immediately! I am extremely food motivated – I am not a picky eater in the slightest. I can be a little shy around new people, so I would need a little time to get used to you. Once I’ve warmed up to you, I am very talkative! It can sound like I am upset when I talk, but it’s how I communicate! I LOVE other cats – specifically younger, active cats that I can play with. I have not been around dogs or children, but I would probably do well with both.
