How The Purrfect Bean Works

To book a visit to our cat lounge, click on the reservations tab from our drop down menu. Visits are $20 on weekdays and $25 on weekends for a 50 minute session and must be booked online in advance. 

Cats and coffee - Name a more iconic duo?! Come into our café on the ground level and order your latte or tea then head upstairs to our Cat Lounge and hang out with adoptable felines. Be sure to make a reservation to secure your spot!

Don’t have time to hang with the cats? No problem – our café is completely separate from the Cat Lounge and you can pop in anytime and grab your favorite drink!

Reserve your visit in our Cat Lounge under the “How To Schedule” tab - $20 on weekdays and $25 on weekends for a 50 minute visit. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No children under 4 years old. 

All cats are adoptable through Purring Hearts VA. Follow the link to their website on the bottom of the page to fill out an adoption application! 

Purring Hearts VA is a foster based rescue located in RVA! They are the rescue division of Lionhearts, Inc and are affiliated with the Kincheloe Clinic in Fredericksburg VA and Ashland VA. They prioritize rescuing vulnerable cats and work with shelters in the Richmond area to pull cats that are in danger of euthanasia or that would do poorly in a shelter environment. They also help community members with concerns such as unmanaged populations, found cats, or situations where the cat can no longer be cared for. As a 100% volunteer run organization, they rely on donations and volunteers in order to continue their life saving work!
